“ASK” ASC has announced an open tender procedure for the involvement of a consulting company in order to develop a strategic plan of 6 (six) subsidiaries for the next 5 (five) years. This procedure was rejected in accordance with Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement” as the number of bidders was less than three.
